*Funded.  Funding is the most important part of the Living Trust.  Many spend $2-$4,000 on a living trust and never place their assets into it.  Those people spent their money for nothing.  In order for a trust to be a trust, assets must be placed into it; that is called funding the trust.  The pricing includes the funding of 7 estate entities.  Rental property, investments, vehicles, Other Real Estate, Businesses, and other assets.  Other funding will be added at a price of $75 per asset.  After 7 included asset groups are put into your trust we will charge an additional $75 to put in the 8th and other assets.  After the trust is completed additions in the future will only cost $75 per asset to add to the trust.  Adding an LLC to your trust will cost you only $75.  If we prepare documents for any business entity, the fee is waived.
